About Donovan Carper

My name is Donovan Carper.  As a master’s prepared registered nurse, ACE-certified personal trainer, and ACE certified weight management specialist, my goal is to share research-backed lifestyle strategies to help improve the lives of others.   

I have devoted my life and career to learning about disease prevention, management, and treatment.  

I have seen first hand the suffering and sadness chronic disease can cause.  My goal is to prevent this suffering and minimize dependency on the healthcare system by guiding people to help them achieve optimal health using fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle interventions as framed by the American College of Lifestyle Medicine.
